Ardis Marie Eiffler, age 73 of North Branch, Minn., died on Jan. 31, 2005 at the Fairview Lakes Hospital in Wyoming, Minn.

Ardis was born on May 26, 1931 in North Branch Township to Enoh and Olive (Nordin) Sederberg. She was the oldest daughter of the family. Ardis was baptized and confirmed at Fish Lake Lutheran Church in Stark, Minn.

Ardis was united in marriage to Jack Eiffler on Sept. 28, 1962 at the First Lutheran Church in Harris, Minn. To this marriage there was one daughter Tammy.

Ardis worked at several places in North Branch, but spent the longest working at the North Branch Bakery for 23 years. In 1981 she suffered a head aneurysm and stroke. She was paralyzed on her left side, from then on she had home care from her husband and daughter. Ardis enjoyed driving along the North Shore and looking for agates, riding in the car looking for deer. Most important was checking on family and friends and keeping track of everyone.

Ardis was preceded in death by her parents, infant brother and brother Clifton. She is survived by husband Jack; daughter Tammy Frank and her husband Eric; one brother Neal Sederberg and wife Connie; two sisters Marlo Grise and husband Don, Ilene Amschler and husband Ron; sister-in-law Alice Sederberg; uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Rev. Michael Likens officiated at the funeral services held on Saturday, Feb. 5, at the First Lutheran Church in Harris. Nephews Rodney Grise, Brad Amschler, Randy, Scott, Kevin and Clint Sederberg were the pallbearers. Music was provided by Carolyn Holmstrom and Jon Ekstrom. Interment was in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in North Branch. Arrangements by Grandstrand Funeral Home in North Branch.
