Arlie Junior Sederberg was born June 16, 1933 in North Branch to Arlie and Gladys (Norlund) Sederberg. He died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2000 at the age of 67.
Arlie and Mary Young were married Aug. 27, 1966. They had one son, Tom. Arlie farmed in his early years and worked as a press operator for Branch Manufacturing for 27 years, retiring in May, 1998. He enjoyed gardening, going to auctions and being with his family and friends. Arlie was very good at fixing things and in building. One of his greatest accomplishments was building their house, along with other buildings on their farm, almost entirely by himself.
Arlie lived his entire life in the North Branch area and was a life long member of Trinity Lutheran Church, being baptized on Aug. 20, 1933 and confirmed May 16, 1948.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, son, Tom, sister, Gloria, sister-in-law Loretta Gysbers and husband Blaine, nephews Patrick, Timothy, Michael, Steven, Robert and Craig.
His funeral service was held Monday, Dec. 4 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in North Branch. Arrangements by Grandstrand Funeral Home.
